Spotlight On SaaS: Embrace Transparency, Dodge The Dodgy

Transparency? It’s a good thing!

Top-notch SaaS and Growth Marketing pros should be all for it. It shows they’re on the ball and doing right by their clients.

But watch out – a few out there might try to dodge the spotlight. They’ll come up with many reasons, be a bit dodgy, or even have a go at people like me who want to make sure businesses can see their stats and ad info.

Being checked or audited should be fine. But, if you’ve been a bit slack, like someone avoiding a GP check-up after a few too many meat pies and beers, you might be hesitant.

There are some ripper agencies out there. Just pop them a few questions and see how they handle it.
